Lol no its not at all about that. First off Big Brother started in 2001 and Sting wrote this song in 1983. Secondly, Sting said when he wrote the song he was thinking about the concept of Big Brother from the book Nineteen Eighty Four (not the show!) and its ability to watch and control everything in society. It is actually about a character who lost his love and is obsessed with her so he watches her constantly (AKA a stalker).
