@PenguinMelty Psyche is somewhat Izaya's alter ego (along with Hibiya, the prince version of Izaya). Those alter egos originated from the cover art of the OST CD of Durarara. They don't appear in the actual show. After that, the fans fell in love with the idea of a pink Izaya, a prince Izaya and all those Shizuo alter egos and made bazillions of drawings of them.
