you should take out the treeborn frog and put in a couple of level eaters. and also put in dark creator, those will modify the grave for your dark armed!!!
thestallos is about gaining hand advantige. It can really screw up good spells/combos which he thought was safe in the hand, it's not about the burn. lots of spells/traps are chainable, which makes mobius weak against fast decks (which are the most competitive). Plus it happens alot that there are no spells/traps or even monsters to destroy

We can use them,but its very very hard to find here,and we dont have some cards that you have,its practicly a hole different game than yours.Well actually kuraz is my favorite,he is the reason i was 3rd,also with granmarg,i usaully do combos like,destoying my own face down[sand moth],and then use a trap,soul rope,or mitsuzure ....while moth comes back with 2000 attack....and i have done even bigger combos with kuraz and call of haunted....
2007-8,idont clearly remember the timing,pal you realy have an issue at some cards,some guys can use blues eyes so good you wont be able to follow,trust me [and yes he was using blues,iplayed with him at the end for the final 3],every card is good its how you play it that counts the most.........

ditch 1 bottomless, 1 solemn and monster reborn. add 1 call of the haunted, 1 dandylion and 1 good spell/trap staple (doesn't reallt matter, you can mix around with staples in monarch decks)

Just because theres always a way for your opponent to clear the field and when they do just whip em out .. I run him in all my decks .. Usually if he is dead to me ill drop him with lightning .. ok so the single Thesty is somewhat random I would say drop it for gorz and then nowadays people have been running only 1 or 2 spies and then two Guards so idk what your thoughts are on that

trap hole is pretty sweet too. zaborgs isn't really good. caius is better, also with raiza at 3 running zaborg isn't smart i'd say. and lol breaker at 3 is pretty funny. thanks ^^

Maybe you can check my vid out and gimme an idea on how a monarch control works. I still dont really prefer the Tele-strategies though, but yours seems pretty sound.
Book of moon makes LS cry expecially if you use it on the end phase so they cant mill, the only issue i see with this deck is lack of field presence besides stall, i run 3 tomatoes as well as the spies and guards.
I don't think it should be called tele-monarchs anymore with teleport at one. I would take out the book of moon for a second soul exchange. BoM isn't that great unless you run it in 3. Bottomless has to stay at three. If you get a solemn and need to take out something, take out a wind blast. BTH is to good to not run three of in this format.
I actually ran a deck very similiar to this at the first regional I went to a few months back and ended up placing 22nd, and was one win away from top cut. I really like the surprise in most peoples faces when they know you're playing monarchs and all of a sudden you drop DAD on them.

I'd say the top 7 would be:
1 Raiza (free PWWB)
2 Caius (usually just as good as Raiza)
3 thestalos (good with soul exchange)
4 mobius (great against spell/trap users)
5 Kuraz (good with some combos)
6 Zaborg (good, but outclassed by caius and raiza)
7 Granmarg (good, but rest is better)
I think most people would aggree with me

I recommand siding at least 2 Soul Release because they Fuck up Stardust and his annoying Ass mode.
also it kills Lightsworns when they dump JD in Grave

3 RDA's isn't necessary though, you should get rid of two for a second Rose and DSF once you get it.
