Spanish government is run by a bunch of socialists (socialists, marxists and communists are the same)
They spend massives amounts of money in money losing schemes expecting this to some how stimulate the economy.
Production makes people rich not consumption, demand, debt or spending.
They (and we) need to cut taxes to business(see Laffer curve) and stop trying to "stimulate" the economy with MONEY LOSING SCHEMES.
If a job doesnt produce its a burden not a stimulate.

John Maynord Keynes is to blame also. Its the reason the great depression was great. We've never heard of the great depression of 1920! Theres a reason!
