Did you actually loop the images somehow as if they were going in a circle or did you just add a new 7 or whatever when it needed to come down?
You could've just made columns of symbols and dragged them down at different speeds. Then add a mask

@hollandcoleman I made a big loop with the symbols. I'm sure that there are many more effecient ways to achieve this effect, but this was when I was learning After Effects.

@kaiserdigimon it wasn't too hard, i made the pictures in photoshop, and then animated them by hand to scroll down. Very tedious but it worked
