I enjoyed your first video I saw on these different chili I had to see of your videos and this is great,because I will be trying to make pozole I hope you have a video I can see. I just been searching on you tube pozole and getting some tips. I see everyone does it different, and today i went to buy the chilis and forgot the recipe card at home. The chili I pick up (gussing) was ANCHO,GUARJILLO sorry if I didnt spell that right.

Could someone please tell me exactly what went into the blender. He said cloves but I didn't quite catch it!
