It's the president's job to regulate the oversight committee responsible for banking regulations, premium and normal stock trading, mortgage financing, etc.

His very Secretary of the Treasury was one of the single responsible characters for the current financial crisis.

Nah. Not at all a good idea. In theory I like it, but the same thing will happen with the vote as happens with mandatory standardized tests. The smart people actually try, and get high scores, but the idiots who just want to be at home smoking weed just put a bunch of random answers in.
