...cont...and learn from them. I've received absolutely no schooling for mobile/media devices at all, I am 100% self taught which is why I am very successful at my job. You can't learn from someone elses mistakes (may differ in different circumstances)

the mobile phone repairing coarse is the the reason why alot of "repair techs" are horrible at there jobs. Professionalism cannot be taught to anyone, it has to be gained through personal experience. You are going to make mistakes no matter what, but thats how you learn. If you learn to do something a certain way and something goes wrong, but you did everything you were taught, how are you going to fix the mistake? If can't learn from someone elses mistakes, you half to make your own...cont...
