I came across this video 3 years ago when I was a firefighter, I was on shift looking through you tube and a friend recommended this and it still brings tears to my eyes because it hits home. Our God is great.

I cried the first time that i watched this. I have struggled with eating disorders. I make my self throw up and i cut myself. It was at my friends church that i first watched it. This saved my life i was ready to give up and i think that God spoke to me and told me that everything was going to be ok. I still cut but i am trying to stop. Any ideas on how i can stop?

This tells the life's story we all can identify within this skit..in one way or another,Some have chased that false sense of love, some have chased false friendships the need of acceptance, some have chased addictions, some have chased pity, sense of worthlessness and the ultimate Destruction of one's self,Some have chased them all or possibly still chasing them. The bible never says that God made only one animal in each species. In Genisis it says that God saw that evey animal had a mate except for Adam and that's when he created Eve. :)

My hope and prayer is that those who see this & are in situations that have allowed them to be separated from Christ will press with "everything" they have to run back to Him. I know they will find that Jesus is running toward them and has won their battles and will love them with "everything" He has!
Reacting with anger and hurling harsh words back to a person who is questioning your beiefs is hardly a Christlike response. I think this guy's point is that too many people profess a relationship with Christ but do not show His real influence in their lives. By reacting with a hissy fit toward this guy (I think he is from India) you show a very poor witness for those of us who believe. I would have tried to engage him in some sort of dialogue or something.

i go to a church camp every summer and one year they showed us this video and i cried. but after i left the camp i sorta lost my way started doing the things i shouldnt but then when i went this year the counsolors did the skit them selves and i "woke up" i have become a better man and i truly belive that this skit saved my life

The point is that God and Jesus are one. Jesus is God's spoken Word. God SPOKE everthing into exsistence, therefore, God created everything THROUGH Jesus.
Also it is the trinity. The father is the same as the son and the son is the same as the father. It says that in the bible. The father and I are one. thats what Jesus says I dont know where though.

It's really sad that you see it that way. How very depressing that you have such a negative outlook on the world that you can't even see the love Jesus holds for everyone. But that's the power of Jesus' love. He still loves us and He still wants us, no matter what. I pray that one day you see that love.

Wow...you just really don't get it do ya? I'm 49 and I can't watch this without getting a lump in my throat and then thanking God and my church family for teaching my daughters that there is a better way. They did it with presentations just like this. Do you think standing around and singing Kum ba yah would have done it?
my school in the 6th grade did a MADD presentation. and everyone was in tears, but i haevnt cried like that until i saw this live!! i was at the place that they did it at!!!! it was amazing i was with my friends we were all in tears this was at the world conference of youth praise chapel in arizona. it was just great and the way the performed it was great too. they did a very great job. especially when she was fighting them off. i fight that hard to get close to jesus too.
At a retreat that was held by kids in my school they performed this skit and it brought me to tears just like this one does everytime I see it--its truly a beautiful thing :)

The beginning is to make you think, in my opinion. The beginning shows God creating the world. If you can't get that through your head in the first 15 - 30 seconds, then you lose interest. I guess that's where most people would get confused. But anyways. Have a nice day, and God Bless!
I love this. It shows how God has made all of this. This whole world. And He gave us the free will to do what we want. And when we fall into sin, and give into temptation, He's always there to free us from the bond. I just love it, and I cry every time I see it. Good job on the skit!! I love it!!

It described a lot of what I've been through. The only thing that I've not done was drink a lot of alcohol, but I did fall for lust, love of money, doing bad things to be cool or to have fun (even though there r millions of legal things to do that r fun), I was an idiot. And in the end i was so messed up that I wanted to commit suicide becuz i knew i wasn't really happy. I remembered God, and came back to him. My life is back on track and I gotta say this skit perfectly describes sum of us
If you would actually watch what was going on, then you would understand the skit. it's about the temptations in life that people go through, the boyfriend taking her away from her relgion, greed, wanting to be "perfect", suicide. then finding her way back Jesus. There are many people that have seen this skit performed and gave their life to the Lord.
I love this skit...It touches the heart of hearts. I love Jesus Now and Forever. He is my Savior and Forever will be. Every time I watch this it sends chills up my spine. The way that this skit was done is completely without a doubt God-inspired. This is such a powerful skit for Christ. I think that if all this skit does is make you girls weepy, teary eyed, and sniffle into your tissue.....then you miss the point.
Mere emotionalism is no substitute for real repentance. You all could get the same emotional trip watching a romance movie on the Hallmark Channel.

THIS IS DIVINE! Its not about the soundtrack or the melody or any of that, it's about the meaning of the words and saying those words and meaning it.
Besides, worship doesnt have to be necessarily music at all, it comes in many forms.
And how dare you say that about todays youth?!!!! Nowhere near as many young people as you probably think are indecent.

The beginning is to make you think, in my opinion. The beginning shows God creating the world. If you can't get that through your head in the first 15 - 30 seconds, then you lose interest. I guess that's where most people would get confused. But anyways. Have a nice day, and God Bless!

I love this. It shows how God has made all of this. This whole world. And He gave us the free will to do what we want. And when we fall into sin, and give into temptation, He's always there to free us from the bond. I just love it, and I cry every time I see it. Good job on the skit!! I love it!!

It described a lot of what I've been through. The only thing that I've not done was drink a lot of alcohol, but I did fall for lust, love of money, doing bad things to be cool or to have fun (even though there r millions of legal things to do that r fun), I was an idiot. And in the end i was so messed up that I wanted to commit suicide becuz i knew i wasn't really happy. I remembered God, and came back to him. My life is back on track and I gotta say this skit perfectly describes sum of us

If you would actually watch what was going on, then you would understand the skit. it's about the temptations in life that people go through, the boyfriend taking her away from her relgion, greed, wanting to be "perfect", suicide. then finding her way back Jesus. There are many people that have seen this skit performed and gave their life to the Lord.

I love this skit...It touches the heart of hearts. I love Jesus Now and Forever. He is my Savior and Forever will be. Every time I watch this it sends chills up my spine. The first time I saw it I wanted to cry. God bless the people who created this skit to touch so many hearts. God is Great and Powerful and he truly loves us all.

it's ture God is amazing. God has touched my lfe over the past years. My dad has gone through several heart attacks my moms had back and foot surgery and we've been kicked out of different houses 2 times we only had a month but my mom amd dad our still here we've had troubles but God always seems to get us through it.....................together

This is by far the greatest thing that I have ever seen on YouTube. I watch this video over and over again and each time gain a better understanding of God and life. The way that this skit was done is completely without a doubt God-inspired. This is such a powerful skit for Christ. It still brings tears to my eyes when I watch it because of how awesome God is and how he moves in our lives even when we drift away from him, in a instant he is there to save us.
