That's a particularly neat move, reversing the momentum of the hoop halfway through the video. Impressive, given how smoothly it was done.

Do you choreograph these routines out, or is this all done on the fly?

Nope, not really choreographed, although the moves are chunked together a bit. I listened to the song a lot so I knew what I wanted to do when. I'd like to do a choreo to this, but would be more likely to use it for fire because of the tribal elements.
