I thought the casting for this movie was really great, and Chris, Tom, and Anthony Hopkins fit their roles particularly well... I actually think that the only role that wasn't portrayed quite as well as I would have liked was Jane Foster's character. Natalie Portman is a great actress, but I think it was more that the script didn't give her much to work with. They didn't develop her very much, and in the midst of all of these larger-than-life gods and heroes, I think she came off rather bland.

I think Chris portrayed Thor perfectly. He has that massive, natural physical intensity... but at the same time, his physical intensity sometimes turned into more of arrogance, and it really allowed for some hilarious scenes on Earth ("I need a horse" :D)
