Yes they do, I am positive of that, I see them in the OB clinic of UTMB, getting free medical , just this year this hospital / clinic has gone almost broke, just this year they have to turn some away. They go to the Wic office in Pasadena on a daily basis Period. I see them , we see there records of un documented status, lots of my America family works in these places.

Love the idea about having to have one parent a citizen for the child to get citizenship. It'd be nice to help everyone, but when tax payers are losing out on things from lack of resources, that's not fair. I can see how it's nice to slip into the US and get free help, so some times I can't totally blame illegals for doing so, but the government needs to stop turning a blind eye. Legals are going through all the right steps to get in and are having trouble while illegals are getting right in.
