Sampling is a form or respect. When I hear someone sample a track I think "hey, this guy or his producer really likes these guys... me too!" or "wow I never thought this guy would be into this" But there's a line between sampling and just planning robbing the melody.

I don't know. On one hand I think it is a really incredible choice of, one, a Rush song to use, and two, the way it is used. If I was able to take out the vocals I think I would like it a lot more.

Can't help the fact that 99% of all forms of Rap do nothing for me, its a cultural thing. Though, I can't get away from how cool it is that some rap heads will be turned on to Rush, so I think over all I like it a lot. Plus is is not like most Rap, he is not making it rain or smacking bitches.
