  • Those 1983 Topps cards were famous for those blank backs. I have several of them.

  • Aren't all those cards from the 80s-on largely worthless since there's so much inventory floating around? I collect because I like cards in any condition, but unloaded all my stuff from 1985-on. You got good value for $1, though!

  • iam 11 years by the way, anyways i went to a flea market here in texas went t0 this shop and this guy let me have a 1953 topps willie stargell for free.then i wnt to another store and bought a roger clemens topps 2006 chrome and 1977 regie jackson tops record breker

  • Al Bumbry's son is one of the coolest guys ever. He plays for the Delmarva Shorebirds right now. if you could ever get the chance to see him play, you may not be impressedm, he has a lot of off nights. But its only his 1st or 2nd year of pro baseball.

  • If you're talking about who I think you are, that flea market burned down a few days before Christmas 2009, and the seller is my grandpa. He's ok, don't worry, but he did lose everything...

  • the 1983 Topps Willie Wilson blank-backed card was cut from a 9-card sheet of cards that was available via a mail-in offer from Topps that included League Leaders of the the 1982 season. I've had several of the uncut sheets over the years. Listed NM value from the 2009 Standard Catlog is $1.00 for the sheet. All the sheets were blank-backed

  • either that or one of a BILLION misprinted blank backs in the 80's it happens when 2 sheets go throught the machine during printing.

  • Turns out that it's part of a nine player league leaders set available as an uncut sheet. Ya never know with that older stuff.
