this is really funny but actually in the series they are girls but they cross dress as guys. them being guys is only a mistake made by the anime company that made sailor moon while in the manga they are girls all the way. btw i agree with "they would kick your ass" that is 100% true xD

I love this! It so fits them. I love the starlights also, they are my absolute favorite! They are all so beautiful when they're girls and so cute when they're dressed as guys. (I know that sounds weird but it's true). The show wouldn't be nearly as good if they weren't it.

@AkatsukiCerberus the Three Lights are men but when they transform into the Sailor Starlights, they become women. They are original women though, in the anime you find out that they are trying to find their princess so they take male form. Watch the anime it'll explain better. XD

I really don't know anything about Weird Al or even who actually sang this song. I know the original was Backstreet Boys or one of those groups. I really wasn't a huge fan of the boy bands back when they were popular. I was listening to groups like DC Talk and Third Day instead.

Actually the starlight were all born male. they are guys but when they transform to thier Starlight forms they bew come women theres no in between there not Crossdressers or she-males they just have the ability to Alter the physical gender of thier respective bodies

well that is partly true...only a female can be a sailor senshi. in the anime, they took on male form on earth to look for kakyuu. she even asked seiya "is this the form you took here?" indicating that they were female on kinmoku their home planet. now in the manga it was a bit different. in the manga they are never male at all.  naoko-sensei made them dress like men as haruka does but they were women. it just implies that the daily form is a disguise no matter how you look at it.
