  • Yeah man, sling those shots!!!! Groooooovvvvvyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • woow I am a absolutely beginner and I can already play this... its so much fun:)) thx

  • In Texas we just call it a blues shuffle... lol

  • Thank you so much for taking your time and doing this slowly. Your teaching is so clear and precise. For me going slowly is the way. You're the best I've seen yet on you tube. Thank you, Thank you.

  • Fantastic Many Thanks Soooooooooooo Clear teaching

  • everyday i'm shufflin'

  • Thanks. Slowly and clearly explained. nice job.

  • EXTREME BEGINNERS DONT KNOW STRING NUMBERS SO THEY NEED TO SEE E PICKING FINGERS TOO

  • Hi Robert , Can you tel me where the tabs are for this Texas Blues Suffle exactly . I can't find the Tabs section on your website . Yea , I'm not to bright . LOL ! -- JERRY -- AKA -- HUTCHfromBA . Thanks .

  • You are amazing !

A few years ago I got a 100% full body mapple strato with a Luthier in Brazil. At that time I also got a Fender amp.

This week I changed the pick ups to the Fender 52 and 67 reissue....that's really impressive how I got SRV tone with the clean Fender or just with the Tube Screamer that I got.

I joke with a friend: Now I just need to learn how to play.

And definetelly you are helping me lick by lick.

    Thank You !

  • DUDE WHY IS YOUT GUITAR SO FUCKING NOISY??????

  • @KensaBeatsL22 DUDE WHAT DID YOU SAY???!

  • Dude! Awesome and great quality video. And you play a John Suhr guitar!! No wonder it soons great.

  • nice tone, can u plz tel me your gear?

  • Very nice! Thanks for sharing.

  • if you are not from texas..you cant play texas blues..

  • good stuff

  • I have only just discovered you and I have to say your teaching style is brilliant. I'm a 'mature' guy who first picked up a guitar 18 months ago and I am playing this cool sounding shuffle only a day after watching your vid.

  • Man you got the blues!!!!

    :)

  • Thanks for the lesson. This is the exact shuffle I've been looking to learn. Your a good teacher. I've almost got it down. I play it with my fingers so it's a little different. Keep it up. Thanks

  • Thanks for the lesson but I think it sounds a little lame to go back the same way you went up ie. back to the D flat after the F. There must be a cooler way to do it. Also, SRV et al. have tons of raking in their shuffles - they don't play it clean like this. I'm not saying you shouldn't play it like this, just that they don't (contrary to what you say in the vid). Anyway, thanks for posting. Always appreciate teaching material.

  • great lesson ,thanks.

    you helped me a lot

  • beautiful lesson.

  • nice job man. keep on rockin!!

  • Thanks for the great lesson again, but I can't find this tab on your site?

  • man that's a really expensive amp you've got there.

  • thts pretty much pride and joy by srv apart from playing the open e string inbetween the bass notes

  • Dude..You sound scandinavian!?

  • why dolphins?

  • @AllKillA why not? :P

  • Man his vids are really clear. Nice camera

  • Good lesson, thanks.

  • do you have anymore licks like that

  • How about all the upstroke muting and open string embellishments? This is beginner which is fine, but there's plenty of this out there.
