Count how many times you say um, ah and ok in one video.Start paying attention to those 3 words for 3 days. I suspect you will be amazed! We have a radio comp with cash prizes in Oz(tralia) for people who can get through ONE MINUTE without any of these words, (er included) and it is a HARD habit to break, but worth it!
Well, the F word will attract negative energy to you so there's a start. No, just kidding (kind of) =))
Okay, seriously. Are you consistently following the habits 1 and 2? I know you said you've already done a cleanse. I'm just wondering if you have some toxicity that has just not yet worked itself out of the body. Maybe from vaccinations as a child, etc. You may have to do some more aggressive de-toxing. You'll see ozone in praxis 5. Also, mental outlook is HUGE in all this. see praxis 6.
well, I don't agree with you on all aspects of diet, and fasting and cleansing has done nothing for me. And I am so sick of people telling me it's my outlook. You would be pissed to if you watched you life dissolve and waste away year after year while you lay in bed too tired to change anything. So to that, I say, Fuck.
take a shit more often, stop drinking beer and soda, eat more greens, force yourself out of bed in the morning and take a walk outside. worked for me.
@dreaminginnoother Vitamin D is a steroid hormone not a vitamin. 10% of our genes are told what to do by this hormone. The RDA is 200U.I. but if you went out for the sun for the day your body will make about 50,000 U.I. I want you to meditate on whether our ancestors went out in the sun that often? (I mean think about the first 99% of our history). Sunblock blocks vitamin D creation. You only make it in the strong midday sun. You don't make it in Winter. Think how plants & animals use the sun.
@AmMellow I know dr. Mercola is all about vit D too, and I'm a pretty big fan of his. I will try upping my supplementation of vit D. It should only help I imagine. Thanks for the suggestion.
Donna Eden speaks about doing the jumping jacks reversed so that you make figure 8s in front of your auric field strengthening you. So in other words when your hands are down your feet should be spread and when hands are up your legs are together.
