Well this thing is becoming more and more these days...foreigners are getting raped in goa the only state foreigners visit and the bastards escape bcos they are either rich or political power....being an Indian i feel like shit whenever cases like this pops up and assholes escape...not long before one political leaders son raped a foreign girl and escaped...I think foreigners should stop visiting as it is filled with filth.
