I need some tips on acoustic Chords... where it all sounds nice... standard tuning, im not sure how to explain... i'll give an example and you may know what im talking about..you put your index finger on A but let it curve where you index is ONLY touching A... then your middle finger goes on third string 6th Freth, then your other finger goes on fifth string 7th Freth, and your pinky 4th string 7th freth. try it, what chord is that? and i need more of those, can you upload a new vid about that?
@2milEterno I think you mean "Jazz" chords. Chords with 4 or more notes. Maybe you can find something and maybe I'll make a video about it someday. Good tip! Cheers Jeroen
do you have any tips for moving your arm up and down the neck of the guitar? i have no speed when it comes to going up and down the neck. and what was the piece at 2:22 called? i was gonna find it on your myspace.
@eishiba10 Hi, when you start practising slowly moving your arm up and down the neck and try to increase your tempo just a little each time it will work out in time. The song is called the getaway (original) full version can be found on my main page. The tab is called open e in my myspace. Cheers Jeroen
really enjoyed this video. I put my guitar away for the mandolin about five years ago, but this video is gonna make me take it back out to try some of your tips...thanks
God has give you a gift. I sit and watch this and try my best to get it all. I am learning. i want to sign up for lessons. I love fingerstyle playing.cause i play by ear. I have been playing since aug 09 and can play 6 songs.
Well I like the most the first example, it sounds so rude! yeah man. I wonder if you could please make it longer and you could send me the tab jeje. Still playing that way man!. See you. I like your videos!
Oh thank you so much for this video, i think i know why i cant play Richie Sambora's harlem rain!! lol can u check it out i think it is tuned in D but i am not sure!! thanks again for your help
Hi Sondre , Thanks! I've started finishing off that song lately so I hope to put it up soon! I have tabs so far . If you send me your email adress I'll send it to you. Best regards Jeroen
Ummm.... do you need a classical guitar for this? My friends say so, I have a classical, and a acoustic picked out. So which one? Also i'm getting a Ibanez and i'm getting a hardshell ibanez case. SOooo.... will it fit? It doesn't say the model, but will it fit anyways?
play the guitar before buying and classical has nylon strings sometimes easy on fingers but wider fretboard also who ever selling you the ibanez should know what kind it is and what case you'll need it depends on body style if first guitar i would go with the steal string dreadnought good luck though
lol I bought it awhiles ago but yes I went to my friends house and he has a regular acoustic and it was tiny compared to mine. I wish I would have gone acoustic.... DANNNNG
wat is nou het id bij part 2? geen bassnaren spannen, maar gewoon de hoge snaren op de basplaatsen spannen ? klinkt wel heel leuk. lijkt me leuk op baby gitaartjes :)
hey can u send me the second peice of music u did when u tuned that one string for e and u used the capo on the fourth. if u could send me that would be awesom thnx. oh and u r very talented :)
the first is from a blues book by johnny norris. The second is an own comp. and the third is from a book from ulli bogershausen about open tunings. The rest I made up myself. Video 2 are all own comp. and video 3 mostly own pieces and own arrangements. I will post some more info and tabs of it this week. Thanks for the comment! Greetings Jeroen
