i have one and the joystick keeps flashing twice every 15 or 20 seconds...it's just two short flashes of blue light every 15 or 20 seconds ...is this normal?

If you want to use A-gps (assisted gps) witch provides more accurate and faster GPS connection, it uses small amount of data. But its only optional. You can navigate without A-GPS and then its totally free and you dont need datacontract with your gsm provider
