I visited "Orlando Barbell"on vacation from the UK and Brian Schwab the guy who owns the gym charges $65.00 for an hour one to one , he observes your three lifts (squat , bench and deadlift) and make improvements on your technique and form , money well spent ! We have gyms like yours where you cant use chalk , grunt or holler and they suck. PS , Brian can squat 5 times bodyweight , P4P strongest man in the world at squat , go there if you want to get strong , for everyone else" Planet fitness"
