Johnny Depp's height is just a big mystery to figure out. Next to 6'2 Letterman he looks kinda 5'10ish or maybe even 5'11 (Depp claims 5'11 himself). But in an interview made in 1993, which is up here on youtube, when he gets close-up to 5'7 Regis Philbin he looks similiar in height, or maybe 5'7 1/2 and not more! And he doesn't hunch or anything.. In this video he seem taller then just 5'7. So is he wearing elevating shoes or what? Impossible that he have grown taller in his adult years! xD

@Kaffebonden00 yeah true, so he himself has said 5'11, imdb lists him as 5'10 and celebheights as 5'9''. But surely that's not how a 5'9'' man looks next to a 6'2'' man. Hahah maybe sounds stupid, but I am taller then 5'9'' (no given height) yet I look noticably shorter next to my 6'2'' hubby. Take a look again, if Letterman is truly 6'2'' then Johnny looks like at least 6'0'' next o him, which he definately is not!
