  • im scared

  • That stopped being a cube around 0:35, but its ok... it comes back at 1:40 lol

  • What are you trying to tell me with this?

  • I love to live in a 3D world...

  • It's ok, I didn't need my un-melted brain anyway..

  • ahahah i was just about to watch the video when all of a sudden an error message pops up and says "adobe flash plugin has crashed" LOOOL the video mindfucked my computer

  • i cry ,because i cant imagine that this is just rotating

  • We are 3D beings, but we don't actually see in true 3D, we see a 2D projection of the 3D environment around us.

  • @MEareCAT though, we have a very good inference mechanism for depth... because we don't see a 2D projection, but two different 2D projections, one with each eye.

  • It's a visual representation of a mathematical concept guyzzz, that's the point, it isn't supposed to magically allow us to view in 6D... because we can't.

  • AAAHHH I AM GOING CRAAAZYYYYYYY

  • mindfuck

  • Nothing above sixth, fifth, or even forth dimensional in this video. Sorry, people. It's just a moving three dimensional object.

  • Its still just 3D playing in space time... Since we cant visually perceive 6 dimensions. *snickers*

  • @ASCIWhite2007 thats all it is.. playing around in 3D yet so many ppl go OMG 6 DIMENSIONS DERP!

  • @shlakado actually it's a representation of 6D in a 2D plane. kind of like videos. there's actually no depth in them but because of the rotations and lighting, we could perceive it to be in 3D. this is showing a 6D object in 3D space by using rotations in 6 axes not the three we're used to

  • @ASCIWhite2007 actually it's in 2D not 3D since your screen is 2 dimensional

  • @1206549 no its not, the pixels on your monitor still have width, height, and depth. nothing physical is 2D.

  • @Bubbiea i know that but what i meant was that your monitor projects two-dimensional images because the image it projects has no third dimension. it's just because of the contrast in light.

  • @ASCIWhite2007 actually it is 2D, but if 2D can give illusion of 3D, theoretically it can give rough picture of 4D and so on ;)

  • Watching this while "Holding My Thoughts in My Heart" from Final Fantasy VII played in another tab really punctuated the beauty of life for me just now.

  • In the larger dimensions, all the angles were 90 degrees.

  • I got lost between 4th and 6th. which was which. Try and label it.

  • yeah, 4 dimensions, i dont even know what i am supposed to try and comprehend with 4 dimensions

  • Life makes more sense now.

  • when it went to 4D i was like this /watch?v=egwD4jTo3GE&feature=youtu.be&t=11s

  • well...CUBECEPTION

  • copy, paste -.-

  • glad im 3d

  • WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT.

  • So when are they gonna start making 6D movies? I wonder what the glasses would look like.

  • it may sound weird but this gave me nightmares...

  • really did hurt my brain O_O

  • That's a nice screensaver you have there...

  • i can only imagine me how looks 2D and 3D.

    but 4,5,6D ? ....and what about 1D ? i cant imagine this. a point is still a 2D-object

  • @Selfkill7 i dont think a 1D object would exist as a 3d object has x y and z

a 2D object has x,y or ,x,z and so on so a 1D object would only have x, y or z so it would have no other body to it and therefore would not exist

  • My brain feel sdgpojgoejwgiwevjo[wepkf[wejk

  • dude wat

  • This is just a 2D (video) representation of a 3D object (length, width, and height). At best you could call it 4D because we see motion and that needs time to occur (by definition). 5D and 6D? No.

  • You had me at three baby!

  • they always do representations of cubes...i want to see a polygon!

  • can someone tell me...WHATS THE FUCK WAS THAT???-.-

  • @Vladomar39rus same to me!

  • I really don't think this is right...

  • @pmuttenthaler its mathematics not reallity if you understand what i mean... all mathemathic objects cant be represented in reallity, but mabe they could exist on ither universes or places with more dimensions. In summary the hyperpolygons are posile objects but that doesnt mean they are probable to exist

  • mindfuck!!

  • The way to see 6D, you must know when is pentarrect turning into hexarrect.

  • HAHA im so high this is trippy

  • is the object really changing form?or its our eye that shows it like that ?

  • @MelossakaEkkinox it's your eyes (assuming you could somehow see past the 3rd dimension) think of it like this: you don't actually see a 3 dimensional object, you see a 2D slice of it that changes as your view does, so if you could see 4D, you would be fully seeing in 3D, with it looking like a different 3D through time (no need for a perspective change). basically, when you see one dimension, you see it in one less dimension. that is why it's impossible to see a real 4D object

  • @fireyblackdragon yup i understood every word that you just said ^^ :)

  • @MelossakaEkkinox The object is just rotating, not changing form at all! :D

  • @fireyblackdragon i tried explaining that we see the 2nd dimention and light makes it seem 3d...

no one nderstood wtf i said LOL

  • Am i high? .......again?

  • The 6th dimension was amazing but you could have stopped rotating the shape and showed what it was like without moving.

  • 100D looks like this RSSET#$ %$T VDYRSEYSRD^&$&YYREYB ^ ^W%^^W TGDF GEF - Can you see it?

  • out brain can only desipher as further as a 3Dimentional plane. So no matter how many D's there are, we will only see in 3D.

  • wtf never toud a box could wank itself

  • 0D: Clear.

    1-3D: Same....

4D: Actually i stopped getting confused with the 4D from here....

    5D: Confused....

    6D: Dizzy....

  • I am high....

  • come on people dont act like your surprised because none of us can even see the 4d

  • Its actually impossible to know the true appearance or form of 4d and so on..

  • im so effin stoned right now and you cannot even begin to comprehend the amount of mindfuck i just received O_O

  • what is this dark magic!?

  • You divided by zero, didn't you?

  • This is SO confusinggggggggggggg

  • Mind Fuck!!!

  • i like the way it moves showing the point of view for each dimension, like at the end where 2d turns into 1d which is what 2d creatures percieve

  • i swear if this gives me a seizure

  • I drew a line today, __________

  • im just wondering, but is it possible to make 4d video :D?

  • @thedzoukka1 given that we only see in three dimensions, no.

  • Id like to do on that ride where is it?

  • As you add more dimensions, the formation will be more and more rounded, up to the point of the infinite dimension, which then the formation will be a sphere! This explains the whole universe and how complex it is! The stars, planets, fruits, cells are all sphere-like! All things natural are made up of 0D spheres which take up the whole universe which is a ∞D sphere! It blows my mind! Every material in the universe tries to take up a spherical form!

  • i get it

  • ALLAH has created us in 3 dimension. We could never imagine 3+D

  • @esman533 ALLAH doesn't exist, sorry.

  • speak for yourself!

  • My video player gave me this error:

**Sorry, but due to inter-universe copyright restrictions, only 4 dimensions are displayable in your universe!

  • This isn't 6d... this is just computers doing impossible things with itself... It just looks funny so everyone will believe what they see. However, tis strange to think about, no?

  • @link6065 actually it is. and reason why it is impossible is because frankly it is, as we live in well a 3Demensional universe such tings can not exist here and seem incredibly crazy. I only just barely have a grasp on what the movements of a 4Demensional object can do ...which really the best way i can put it ...is a twist ..a very strange twist. beyond the 4th though is just too much to even try to comprehend However the math does show what 5th and 6th dimensional objects.

  • Mind = handie...blown...fucked.

  • this... i understand nothing of.

  • I have seen other models of 6D but this is the first time I've really been able to wrap my consciousness around it.....thank you to whomever made this video, and thanks to Wildstar 2002 for posting it.

  • 0D : ok, its clear..

    1D : yepp..

    2D : same.

    3D : sure, sure.

4D : yeah, yeah.... ok, wait WHAT?! WTF!

    5D : mindblow

    6D : double-mindblow

  • @Hagen55555 I wanna see a double rainbow in 6D

  • my mind just imploded

  • nem e 6d!

  • A 6d cube projected through a 5d cube, represented through a 4d cube, shown on a 3d cube, on a 2d display, via a 1d transfer of data.

  • i feel like i just got mind raped... 0.0

  • soo 6d is a 3d cube with crowing cubes?

  • if we view a 4d-6d shape in 3d, assuming it is on a set rotation pattern, and that the object will not shift dimensions, all the edges of that object are rotating in a cycle such as a wheel on a bicycle. If we see the edges as themselves and not part of the tesseract, this set rotation pattern of the object can be broken down as easily as said above. This of course is excluding the movements of the points at which two of these edges meet. That's my opinion.

  • This is 3D. NOT 6D.

  • This is what the shadow of a 6d figure would look like. The shadow is projected down into 3 dimensions.

  • 0:49 I don't thinks that can legally be called a cube.

  • Physicists' Lament configuration!

  • ok so...

6D object with 5d complexity moving like a 4d object projected in 3d on a 2d screen with light rays going in 1d to our 0d recieving eyes.

need I say more? like -1 dimensions equals *puts on sunglasses* dividing by zero

    BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM

Or the fact that these polygons are difficult to masturbate to.

  • @RHVids100 oookaaay... :|

  • this is not that the iner cubes are moving, they exist in a part of space we dont understand. we may look at it and see i moving but it is the camera moving

  • hey, want more hardcore? in linear algebra, u deal with vector spaces of infinite dimensions.

  • I just found myself a new screensaver!

  • 美しい・・・

  • It makes me sad that I can't experience anything above a piddly little 3 spatial dimensions... I know the data for nth-D polygons can be stored in a nth-D array just like the usual 2D-3D models we're used to. Wouldn't it be amazing if we could see 4th dimensional objects as they truly would appear in their hypothetical native universe? I'd feel like a flatlander wrenched from his narrow confines.

  • 目が回るぜ・・・

  • WTF?

  • Nothing is true, everything is permitted

  • I do not get the 5th and 6th dimension

  • i just got owned by youtube and i feel like i got high

  • my monitor only supports 2-D

  • at 0:35 cube reached 88 mph!!!

  • 00:45 = MINDFUCK!!!!

  • @moosedude42 holy shit me too

  • Comment removed

  • i got lost when it grew a thrid eye ball

  • zeroth dimension - (SPACE)

    Oneth Dimension - Length

    2 Dimension - Length x Breath

    3rd Dimension - Length x Breath x Height

    4th Dimension - Length x Breath x Height x ?????

    5th Dimension - Length x Breath x Height x ??????? x ????????

    6th Dimension - Length x Breath x Height x ??????? x ???????? x??????

    PLEASE HELP SOLVE THIS!!!

  • @4565645645 Each dimension is an infinite series of dimensions one degree below. The fourth dimension is time, a series of three dimensional universes... the fifth and sixth could be said to be "possibility," or alternate timelines.

  • @johannhowitzer Forth Dimension CANT be time, we are already travelling through time (In one direction) But we live in a three dimensional world. And if "Time" really is in the equation, how do take a piece of time (Or measure) and Multiply by the length and breadth and height???

  • @4565645645 Our movement in the fourth dimension of time is constant and we cannot alter it, but that does not mean it isn't a dimension. We have relatively free movement in three dimensions, are restricted to a more or less constant rate of motion in one direction in the fourth.

Time is measured in our standard units for measuring time - seconds, minutes, hours, days, years, and decimal points under seconds. As is conventional when using unit multipliers, (continued)

  • @4565645645 (continuation) we can speak of things in terms of both units of measure - such as ten cubic meter-seconds. This is a limitation imposed on us by our senses - we cannot step outside and observe a fully enclosed four-dimensional space as we can with given three-dimensional spaces, so we cannot speak of it in terms of direct comparison to a lower dimension, as we can with the first three. A dimension contains a series of one-dimension-lower universes; this is a timeline by definition.

  • @johannhowitzer Make sense... I notice that 4D cubes have 3D Shadows, do we live in the shadow of a 4D space?

  • @4565645645 Good question! Maybe our shadow in the fourth dimension is just the previous moment. Sort of like how persistence of vision works.

  • First, 6D described here as 6 spacial dimensions, so not withstanding the fact that if it didn't have time we wouldn't be able to represent rotation, you can NOT count time.

Second, the dimensions are rendered using visual cues from the rotation. much like a shadow of a cube renders a 3D object on a 2D plane.

so a tesseract would appear to us as a 3D "shadow" of a 4D object, we could only realize the hidden dimension when the tesseract rotates, and the shadow renders this rotation.

  • mind blown!!!

    WTF

  • The 6th Dimension sure looks like a Clusterfuck.

  • I think it is impossible to explain a 6d object, using only 2 dimensions, i.e your computer screen...

  • My mind just got raped!

  • This is 3D just because u add more cubes doesn't make it 4D 5D or 6D humans can not see above 3D sorry bud

  • WTF! ugh, i need more weed

  • cool!but it´s just edited on cinema 4d!

  • only can we do calculations for higher dimensions (5D and more, 4th dimension being time, which can be very well visualized, even that, not in a still picture), but we can never imagine what 5D or 6D looks like.. it is beyond our imaginations... what you showed here is all just 3D... i strongly believe the existence of higher dimensions, may be up to 10, but visualizing it is as weirdly crazy as trying to imagine an 8th real color...

  • Dear Santa

  • HD means high detail so 6D means 6 details?

  • altough it looks strange, it is all in 3d because as it should be known, we canot experience anything above 3d so there is no way we could possibly know what something in 6d would look like

  • @morieth1 thank you for saying taht.

    atleast your a smart person

  • it's in 2d, we just mentally turn it into 3d

  • @DFTBA10000 youre right about that... but do you honestly think we're able to create one of these in real life?

  • @morieth1 ...

    /watch?v=uDaKzQNlMFw&feature=player_embedded

  • @morieth1 3D? you sure? i guess your youtube video and your monitor still has no 3 dimension. u can not fully resolve with your eyes a higher than 3D Object on a 2D plattform. The rest is a u said. e.g. u only can understand 3D objects on a 2D Plattform while they are moving. So u only will unterstand 4D with a 3D Moving Object. And 5D.... well it will not be possible for us, even if we try hard... We can mathematically describe it but not "see" it. ;)

  • @morieth1 It's 2D, not 3D, bub. A flat screen depicting a normal spinning cube would be a 2D representation of a 3D object. Normally we couldn't see the whole cube at once on a 3d screen, but we can if it's a wireframe cube. Similarly, we can see all of this 6D cube in a 2D representation because it too is a wireframe. If you think it's impossible to visualize a 6D object on a 3D or 2D display, then I would think you'd have to be similarly incredulous about visualizing a 3D cube on a 2D display.

  • @morieth1 well no actually it would be 2d, because it is on your screen :) you can also see 3d things on your 2d screen because your brain is trained to do though. this is real 6d, because computer programs can calculate it. our brain doesn't understand the turning, we can't handle more than 3 dimensions.

so yes it's 6d, but on 2d screen.

  • @Necronlord2011 what if we trained a human from birth to see these sort of clips all day and learn to see in more than five dimensions? :O

i can put it like this: close one eye, now you see everything in 2d, but if you start to move your finger or your head in different directions you can tell for certain that it is 3d, so if we watch an object in 4d and it is turning around and our brains are used to see things in 4d, it would probobly be kinda cool i guess :P

  • @iqgrabben exactly, but i have no idea how we should manage to do this, because we live in a 3D world, we have no more dimensions around us. well probably we have; but we are not able to see them.

  • @iqgrabben But the thing is that we actually see everything in 2D (even with both eyes open), because we are 3 dimensional. If we were 4D, we would see the world in 3D. That would mean that you could look at a cube and see all the sides AND the inside of it at once. You understand that this is impossible, and you can't train your eyes to do this.

  • @GnRandAVGN Our eyes see the world in 2d, but our brain converts the 2 images from each eye into 3 dimensions which is why, when you look at a cube, although you cannot see all the edges, you can quite acurately predict where the other sides are

  • @morieth1 yes but it's the projection of the 6th dimensional equivalent of a cube onto 3 dimensional space. so it's lost alot of structure but it still represents a 6D object.

  • @morieth1 Actually, we're not even seeing a 3D shape here. Our screens are flat, after all.

  • @morieth1 Actually we can experience things in 4d though. due to the fact that the 4th dimension is time. You might be trying to say saying we can only see things that are in 3D. We can not really see 4d but we can still experience it. Higher dimensions you are right, we can not experience them. Upper dimensions have a different set of existence compared to ours. Our physical bodies are not made to experience it, we do not vibrate at the frequency of that dimension different dimensions.

  • @MasterDragonRider12 There is a difference of 4d which is time like in space time continium and 4th spacial dimension concept. Those are 2 different theorems.

  • @morieth1 2012 = 4D

  • @morieth1 Aren't we in like 4D?

  • @morieth1 yeah, nice thinking... someone should let them know

  • @morieth1 actually time/space is the 4thD. whe life in a 4 dim'l world. am i right?

    still a cool cube thing.

  • Chuck Norris can imagine it.

  • I WOOULD LOVE TO RIDE THAT IN AMUSEMNT PARK

  • @pimpboi23 this comment has made my day :)

  • That cube just got raped!

  • my cockatiel kept trying to make me give him a head scratch... but i was frozen...

  • AHHHH, MAH HEAD!!! MAAAHH HEADDD!!!!

  • menuda gilipollez

  • SENSE MOTHERFUCKER, HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF IT!?

  • 2 dimensional surfaces (such as this video) can represent 3d objects. However, we are only going up by 1 dimension. Trying to display the 4th dimension on a 2 dimensional plane would be like trying to represent a 3 dimensional object on a 1 dimensional line. Trying to display the 5th dimension on a 2 dimensional plane would be like trying to represent a 3 dimensional object with a single point. 6 dimensions?

  • This looks like it would be the BEST amusement park ride ever. :]

(provided you didn't get squished into 1 dimension at the end, lol)

  • Somehow i got a boner

  • Did someone divide by zero?

  • I bet Chuck Norris can make 69D shapes.

  • i dont get it

  • It's like you put your penis between the lobes of my brain and raped it furiously.

  • this isn't 6d because we can see it with our eyes right? so isnt it three d no madda what. and really its 2d considering your looking at it on a flat surface of ur computer screen

  • @stapes617 it's a 2D representation of a 3D representation of 4D, 5D & 6D objects. Even with a physical 3D model, we couldn't decipher even the 4th dimension, only look at how it represents itself in 3D space.

  • @TheCrazyLutenist im new to this shit but im tryna figure it out....i see......good shit....do you think smokin dmt could give someone a higher understanding of these dimensions n what not...?

  • @stapes617 I wouldn't recommend it, but it could give you a higher understanding of something, however you'd be too busy examining the patterns of a floral rug to decipher the other dimension.

  • ummmm if i see your face in 6D; what gonna see my eyes?

  • Holy crap

  • If I observe a 3 dimensional object, say a cube, the cube contains 3 dimensions, but I am not part of the cube, so, does that not mean I exist in another dimension?

  • @Fstoped I can't tell if you're being serious or not, but I'm going to answer as though you are:

No. You exist in a 3 dimensional coordinate system with the cube. If you want to talk about being in the fourth dimension, the best thing you can think of is time. As far as that goes, imagine a graph that shows the movement of an object in 3D, say the path of a fly around a room. Now imagine animating it and showing the temperature of where it flies. This now has 5 dimensions (x,y,z,time, temp).
