I worked for Lenscrafters back in the '80s. LensCRACKERS was more like it. Their slogan should have been "We keep fucking it up until we get it right". The salespeople there get commissions. They are supposed to call them "spiffs". Your vision is important. It doesn't bother me if my eyeglasses take more than an hour.
