lol - I thought my Samsung X820 was thin, and that's 6.9mm (a whole 1mm thinner!).

I don't understand what she means by "ridiculous" and "stupid" though - more phone manafacturers should focus on making their handsets slimmer. They fit in your pocket so much easier, and are a lot lighter too.

All phones should be this thin, I think. And the U100 proves you don't have to sacrifice battery life, features or sturdiness (the phone is EXTREMELY hardy) to do that.

Its not really that thin, by today's standards ... I mean, yeah its small, but hey, look at the Razr and Katana. Yes they are about 10 millimeters thicker than this phone, but that's still not *outrageously* thin. I'll be blown away when something that really is credit-card thin comes out (a few do exist but they most likely in their prototype stages.) For me to buy this it would have to be more like the Apple iPhone, without a clutter of buttons and a tiny display.
