Most important is birth control in Philippines. People need to learn that coitus interruptus is useless. The church need to allow to use condom. The church is becoming the biggest problem in the world.

Some White people do care enough against their own western Governments and really are sincere in their efforts towards helping.Sadly there is still not enough!But a few can grow into many.

It is very funny to see double acting people. They give support to weaken the governments and states from one hand while they do little and meaning less help from the other. Westerners mind your business.
