In the amount of time it took to pull the car off of him, the man would not have made it over there in time. Notice not one stitch of protective clothing, no helmet nothing that could have helped him further. But the others are correct not a soul checked if he was alive. This must have been a low speed crash that a car hit him on the side of the road. Amazing no one was killed, that we know of.

@RapidLine15 - The reason why they left him there is that if you were to crowd over him, it only causes more damage..especially when emergency personnel arrive at the scene to help. If there was a crowd, it will be difficult to move the victim out or provide help..it just complicates the situation. Also, notice the police officer at 0.55 and his hand gesture. He is asking the people to leave the scene. These good hearted people risked their lives to save this man. They are heroes.
