  • @mex88bravo i think it makes semi auto guns shoot full auto

  • I don't know, back when I first started playing paintball in the mid-1990s I started w/ a Model 98, it's a GREAT beginner gun, because the thing's are BULLETPROOF, u can take 'em apart, put 1/3 of the parts in backwards, leave 1/3 in your tool box as "Extra Pieces" left over when the gun's back together & IT WILL STILL SHOOT AS GOOD AS NEW, LOL!!!! but we got exposed to a Speed Ball Tournament & THAT WAS IT!!! Tournaments & Speedball was the LIFE 4 ME!! now I'm a tournament player...

  • ok guys i am new to paintball can anyone tell me what a Response trigger is

  • Do u guys think this is a good gun? Because I'm deciding whether or not to get it or another gun.

  • legal in tourtament??

  • What trigger was that? Do you have a link?

  • how much was the sight?

  • I'm making a vid soon check it out

  • the paintballs go------------------

  • do you love your flatline?

  • poor fence :(

  • kinda looks like a g3

  • are you using co2 or hpa? co2 right?

  • Is it hard to hold it at full auto?

  • how do u get auto on ur gun? i just got a a5 and i was wondering if i need to buy anything

  • What did you put over the picatinny rails?

  • how much was the trigger?

  • Coking handle

  • Where's the bolt

  • @c0wb0ysfan4lyfe new one with act

  • I wish my fingers were that fast, it would help me keep a girlfriend

  • curious, I just got a new flatline (easy thread) for my 98 custom. not platinum with ACT. I have the response trigger but thought it would be a problem shooting fast and chopping balls within the flatline. thought I should take it out. any problems with chopping before with flatline and RT

  • @miragexl007 i almost never have any problems with chopping because of ACT, i had it shooting 18 bps at one point and never had very many barrel breaks either

  • How does the R/T trigger work, do you just hold your finger down and it goes full auto?

  • @fagrot when you pull the trigger theres a little piston that pushes it forward again every time it shoots, so you never need to release preasure

  • oh shit. Look at the accuracy. He can hit a fence with that SHIT!!?!?!?

  • @Njguitar242 thanks man, I'm really sick of cleaning my entire gun

  • Njguitar242 thanks I'm gunna get one how do u like urs?

  • @ProPorchMonkey its a good addition it makes my gun a little more quiet and keeps dirt and other debris out of the gun when your sliding arround

  • Where did you get the bolt cover?

  • @ProPorchMonkey tippmannparts webcite

  • i have a flatline on an A-5 and it sucks does the paint matter? im using JT maxim paint

  • @xmclovinURMOMx if the wind effected paintballs as much as u say it does then there wouldnt be damn gun that could shoot straight. think before you speak and do your homework before you assume that the flatline isnt a paintball sniper barrel. and if you have a problem we could settle it at the paintball D-Day they have every year.

  • Looks like quite a big spread of paint to me... I'm impressed you got your flatline working at such a high rate without any ball brakes. I'd recommend a zero kick hammer to reduce that noise and recoil

  • is the flatline accurate

  • does the flatline barrel make a noticible different if so how much

  • @grkfly6 the flatline is the most accurate barrel in the paintball world and can reach up to 150yards (the 2nd best barrel can only do about 100yrds within playing limit psi) with pen point percision because the barrel uses backspin to project the paintball forward, the only bad thing is that it slows the paintball down so at the max reach of the flatline your target will be able to dodge your shots so its best to spray your target at that range. in short if u want a sniper gun get the flatline

  • @Macgregerson

Yeah you're full of shit. Go play paintball.

  • @76sin no I am not how bout u learn how to play paintball before you start to talk shit kid

  • @Macgregerson I'd smoke your ass boy you don't even know what you're talking about. No flatline is shooting 150 yards.

  • @76sin i guess he'd be right though if you're playing speedball, since there isn't any wind, but you don't need a flatline for speedball, it'd be retarded. and it won't reach 150, unless you angle it waaaaaay up, my nearby field rents them out, I tested it on my 60 yard indoor speedball field, from front to back it wouldn't hit the other wall accurately or at all.

  • @GirlSkaterNYC im pretty sure the wind blows on speedball fields too :P i know what you meant though

And 150 feet is no problem, he said yards, which is 450 feet, theres no way unless he shoots at like 370 feet per second...which obviously shouldn't be happening.

  • @76sin Yeah, When you go paintballing your gun has to be chronod to under 290 FPS

  • @MysteryGuitarMuslimz depends on the field/people.

  • @76sin Yeah i go to Pevs in aldie

  • wat kind of hopper is tht

  • Did you have the techt zerokickhammer?

  • @lilbleezy777 - nope i was gona buy one off a friend but he sold it to someone else

  • @Njguitar242 Is that the Rocket Cock II? (Im thinking of getting one)

  • @lilbleezy777 yes it is, it helps alot keeping dirt and crap out of the gun and silences it a little

  • @lilbleezy777 yes it is, it helps alot keeping dirt and crap out of the gun and silences it a little

  • where can you buy an apex.

all i could find was one for the a5, will that fit on my 98 custom?

  • @laxplayer142 i think they make them for the 98 but if all you find are ones for the a5 you will need an adaptor so a5 barrels can fit on the 98. you can just order them off alot of online stores if theres nothing local.

  • what velocity is your gun on?

i am thinking about getting a flatline barrel, is it worth it or should i get another type of barrel.

  • @laxplayer142 the first time arround 290, the second time im not sure (alot less) but the flatline gives you alot more distance but if you want accuracy they go with an apex

  • @Njguitar242 that looked accurate enought to me lol, whats about your max range with that? I used to play in the woods when i was in jh now im in college lookin to have some fun in the woods again on weekends, we end up shootin 50+yds at each other alot, with alot of misses

  • @snowyphil65 Please tell me what gun you get because i myself, get into those situations and rely on accuracy and distance, if that fails then my cover is blown and im dead

  • @iloveipods2 ive got a spyder esprit, pos but it works and its cheap, i use a tippman 98 once in a while too

  • COOL,!!!

  • I can tell you suffer from paintball kick too... buy the zero kick hammer its AMAZING.

  • if you care about paintball kick then go to laser tag.

  • I have a Tippmann 98C and I am going to install the RT!

What I want to know is:::

How well does it work...Meaning does it chop balls or jam?

Most importantly should I buy the Cyclone Feed System OR an Electric Hopper to help the balls drop into the chamber faster (To help stop ball chopping)???

OR should I just stay with the stock hopper???

    PLz reply fast!!!

    Plz help???

  • well with the response trigger i never really have problems with chopping or jams ( i have the a.c.t ) but you really should get a better hopper for it. either cyclone or electronic will both work but make sure that it is capable of at least 15 bps

  • dude i got a tippman 98 custom and it had a response trigger so i decided to get a cyclone feed system and since they both ran off the co2 or air it totally fucked my gun and now its never worked right since go with electric hopper

  • hey i read your comment.. (as you can see) but i have the responce trigger and had at it for atleast 4-5 games.. it hasnt chopped one ball and or got jamed... i would get it if you had the money.. great trig for the price.. can easily shoot up to 20 bps... and stay with the stock hopper. the people at the store are gunna say that you need to buy a new hopper.. they are just trying to get a few more bucks out of you.. and one more thing GET IT HOMES!!!!

  • fair enough, ill give you that for the price the responce trigger is okay but i like the e grip/e trigger a bit more it makes the gun a lot more versatile in its shooting capabilities. but you DEFINATLEY need a electronic hopper if your going to walk the trigger with the responce or e trigger unless you enjoy chopping paint because the gravity fed stock hoppers are gonna give you trouble

  • @MrGangsterpie yeah the response trigger can shoot 20 bps, but a normal gravity fed hopper can't. you need a good motorized, or cyclone system to be able to even feed that many balls and keep up with the trigger.

  • @SDKlackifornia i have the t98c with response trigger and it shoots like 12-14 bps, there isnt really anyball chopping but you will want an electric hopper, the stock one will jam but the response trigger is well worth it

  • how do u make ur flatline acc? bc there is no grooves that locks it in place so eyeballing it sucks bc it goes kinda sideways im talkin bout the barrel allignment

  • yo the flatline is not very accurate if u want something accurate get a 16in barrel i have both the flatline and 16in my 16in is rifled so it is very accurate and adds a little more distance and a regular gun shoots 150 feet the flatline shoots 300

  • It's give you 50 % longer distance. But flatline sucks realy.

  • Is it really true about the range gives you the extra distance? or do you find its not to much of a difference from the stock barrel?

  • if you compair the stock barrel to the flatline there is a HUGE difference in range

  • It triples the distance of the gun's flat trajectory, meaning if you shoot a regular paintball gun parallel to the ground, it probably goes 50 feet. If you hold a gun with a flatline barrel parallel to the ground it can easily shoot 150 feet.

  • is the flatline accurate???

  • if its kept clean and put together right then it is very accurate

  • cool, do you know if the quick thread type is just as good, or is there no difference???

  • im dont really know, ive never used one ive read a fiew reviews and most people say good things about it look it up on pb review, that might help more than i can

  • well i now know how your fence is painted

  • thats nice man

  • 1st comment
