Fun fact: You can draw cast the strongest magic spell in the game from her. For some reason, it's in her inventory but she never casts it. Called Apocalypse or something, if I remember right. It's a regular spell, but it looks like a GF summon.

@mrgerminaro No, she can also cast Holy and Flare, as well as a mega-attack called Apocolypse once her HP gets low enough. I think she also has a physical attack which she rarely uses

Nice battle, but not expecially, there are many mode to defeat ultimecia (in italian she call "artemisia").

You can have a better JUN with GF and with the abbinate spell.

Additionally in this battle if you cast meltdown in the first match you have the possibility to skip the 2nd.

Naturally if you can use lion heart (Squall) or "cometa siderale" (Rinoa) or The end (selphie only on pc)

I remember the first time I fought Ultimecia.. I didn't have any limit breaks, GF's, and a whole bunch of other stuff, because I was like "screw this, I'm ready!" And everyone died to this except Irvine, and I basically Recovered, hit, recovered, hit, recovered, hit, for about 10 minutes. Just in the middle of this form... -.- It was so painful. But I did it. XDD

i actully challanged myself to non junction any abilities or GFs and this battle went on for 15 minutes. considering its just full blown out hits and Limit breaks. i seemed to have Selphie repeatedly use her Full-cure spell as Squall and Rinoa did all the hard hitting. Selphie had to live, if she died, game over man!

Use Aura.

Haha, Beanie is right. Aura is a spell that will induce the use of Limit Breaks regardless of HP for a set period of time, if you use Aura, then Invincible Moon/Holy War/Trial, then you're set to go. I wouldn't have needed it against Ultimecia really but after not fighting her in a while I wanted to make sure that Griever wouldn't K.O me. >_>

No...It was the same strategy I used. when she used hells Judgment, I took that chance to use the LB, because my health was down to 1, so I had a great chance to get it! Of course, I also had Selphie on my team, so Irvine and Squall would Limit away while Selphie would do the same...to full heal me. ^_^!
