I was late teens to my 20's when Bob Ross started airing on PBS and I would get so relaxed by his voice! I used to tape him on my VCR and use the shows to drift off to sleep with! Anyway, thanks girl for YOUR videos. Very nice
I feel strange holding a paint brush. I can't wait to put it down. With my hawk and my trowels (knives) I could paint forever. Plaster of paris makes very good strawberries, but I wouldn't eat them. Cheers for the video.
shouldn't start a painting without a primary sketch - causes many mistakes, plus the fact of not using all of your work space . nice that you used a little bit of paint instead of the usual way to work with palette knives which is impasto.

@nitsujyortlleb i feel the same way! I DVR bob ross and love when he uses the knife to paint cabins or mountains and even when he scratches in water lines.
@nitsujyortlleb just when i thought that i was alone in the bob ross fetish...i have come to find that many people in this world are just like us....funny thing is that i watched him for about 5 yrs just to help me sleep and relax...and one day i just decided to actually watch for learning purposes...and because of actually watching about 10 episodes without falling asleep i learned the basics to paint....i have now moved on to more advanced painting....and now i am back to falling asleep to bob
