One thing that most people don't understand about global warming is that global warming can trigger stronger storms and climate shifting which can ultimately fuck up the weather patterns within a specific region resulting in extreme temperature differences within that region. here's an example. one day it might be hot as fuck and the next it might be snowing in the same area.

Can someone please explain to me why people (hyper-conservatives) are taking one or two years of annual temperatures and celebrate that global warming isn't real? Any doofus can look at an estimated climate pattern over the past thousand years and note a cyclical pattern that occurs every some 20-odd years. The true experts on global warming are statisticians. They can actually take samples from the beginning of time until now to determine if the current temperatures are statistically significantly different than past temperatures. 5) Polar ice is thicker than 50 years ago.

Pre Industrial era CO2 concentration was 275 parts per million(ppm), today its 390 ppm and has been increasing at a rate of 2-3 ppm every year. Plants had no problem at 275 ppm, thats enough the CO2 concentration they need. So, anything more is excess.
