eaither wit pvc or tube make from card (paper card) but not cardboard, and either a rubber band or spring wat evr takes your fancy.

But springs are better because u dont have to attach it to anything you just have to put it in simple as that. Rubber band is hard because u have to make sure they dont come out, cuz then u have to open her up at fix her ruining your project, im just waiting to go and by some springs for the moment
