  • you are a fuckin amazing guitar player

  • @kiwiarmada138 is this sarcasm? 8)

  • Thank you for the video!

Would you have enough clean headroom to play with a drummer with a single coil guitar?

  • @MegaBrebis my friend Mike plays with a drummer thru this amp on Fender Mustang and very pleased

  • nice demo! I've got this amp too and it's got a really nice sound. problem is: it's more expensive than I thought, because somehow the Night Train makes me want to have a Fender Strat...

  • None of these demos of this amp really show what it can do. I recently got 1, and it will rip your face off. Great chimmy cleans to over the top gain. Plenty of clean head room. If you don't think it's loud enough to gig with, put it through a 4x12 cab. It stands up to my 78 JCM at gig volumes. Peace I'm out!

  • @jamietrollinger1 I agree. The Pro Guitar Shop Demo is amazing though. I recently picked up one of these through my orange 212(closed) and it is pretty amazing. So many complaints about lack of gain (put my EMG 81/85 actives, its fine) and clean headroom(does any lunchbox amp have enough?no, mesa trans sure). The Night Train Cab has limited its public opinion, they should've released it alone or with something half decent(v30s)

  • i dont know much about these heads,,are they just for classic rock/ blue as you are playing, or can it sustain rich gain, such as for metal or hard rock? just wondering

  • @tomatoxflames hard rock and metal you can play with any distortion/overdrive pedal, also Thick mode + screamer very good for hard rock

  • @theinvazia im going to have to look into that. I lack the proper gear for that particular setup, but im intrigued none the less. thanks

  • I don't find any information about class on voxamps.com

  • @theinvazia Its class AB. 2 EL84s in a Push-Pull configuration will give a 15-18W max power rating. The Tiny Terror claims it is a Class A amp, but it is also class AB. If it shuts down one of the power tubes in Triode mode it is class A in Triode mode and class AB in Pentode mode.

  • @EchtellionN thanks for information ;)

  • why not in pentode?

  • @motorhead1995able I just forgot to switch the mode, sorry

  • @theinvazia is this amp class A?

  • 4:49 holy shit, a ghost has just turned your volume knob. apparently, he liked your style of playing too.

  • man i love your style of playing bro your tone sounds really good. i'm planning on buying the night train soon to match it up with my gibson custom.

question. have you ever used a different cab with the night train?

  • @dgester

Yes, I used Jensen cab for more sparkle treble and less low end, but original VOX cab realy great for main rock & blues.

Also cab with 2*12 Celestion Vintage 30 good for this amp (if you need large sound)

  • I don't get how you're getting that dirty sound at such low gain level and low master volume.. especially with single coils. Mine doesn't break up until I'm past 12 on the gain, or if I have the master volume cranked. Please explain!!

  • @Dannyboyee82 it's just SNC pickups of deluxe strat. High output & great guitar setup (no any boosters)

  • It has been a long time since I try to find a good demonstration of the NT on YouTube, yours is one of better we have a very good idea of the potential of the ampli, thank you for having put it!

  • Enfin une bonne démonstration du night train (même si j'aurais préféré qu'il n'y ait pas d'effet) en tout cas bravo!!

  • @Martchi 3 microphones limiter and ambience reverb makes the sound more live. I've tried most accurately convey their impressions.
