Nooo its the tank glitch....was possible before the last patch that finally fixed it, the glitch allowed ppl to use the tank while being invisible, while the actual tank stayed at the location where the glitch was started and the guy would stand outside with his arms out!

This cheat enables you to be invisible, but the tank thinks you are not in the car. You are driving around killing people, while the game thinks your in the same spot.
