  • hi crissy, i have two questions, what is you BF? looks like 5 or less %? and second - are you some kind relative with someone from poland maybe? your second-name is familiar for me;)

hugs from cold europe! stay strong!

  • @EmptY666666 Yes, my body fat is between 5-7% here. And, yes, my last name is polish :)

  • i want my rack to be huge lol

  • I always do the Plyo Variatin instead of a normal push Up I do a Plyo Push up for added difficulty ;)

  • We do burpees in my kickboxing class.

  • @inniebetweenie

Why would you announce that? Nobody cares about your kickboxing class moron

  • thats was great chrissy check my chanell got some fitness tips and products

  • Wow, Chrissy that's impressive! I have never seen a girl those before. I love to include those into some of my circuit routines that I invented. They are killer!

  • Wow!

  • Great tips!!! I love ur stuff. I have been incorporating this routine with my regular bodybuilding work outs, and it has done wonders for burning those few last stubborn pounds.

BTW, u look like Kim Raver from Third Watch ;)

  • glad it's helping!

  • I used to like fitness until I pushed it too much and hurt myself. You should only make that mistake if you want your life to change. Of course, God can always make some good even out of that horrid mess. If I were still lifting, I wouldn't have made my awesome abstinence promotion video.

  • you can play with the reps on every sets.

    on third set, you can do 1 push-ups, 1 press, 2 push-ups, 1 press, 3 push-ups, 1 press.

    and if you want a big challenge, do a final set, 1 push-ups 1 press, 2 push-ups, 2 press, 3 push-ups, 3 press etc...

    have fun

  • this is a nice exercice.

for them who like full body exercice like these, you would love the push-up and press.

take a pair of dumbbell, between 20 pounds or 30 pounds, depending on your fitness level. do a regulary push-up and then get back on feet and do an overhead press.

for the first set, you can do 1 push-ups, 1 press, 1 push, 1 press etc.

    on the second set, you can do 1 push-ups, 1 press, 1 push-ups, 2 press, 1 push-ups 3 press.

this is a great exercice for upper body

  • Quality info as usual...

  • wow... i will add it to my workout

  • quite :)

  • And I thought burpees were challenging enough! What reps do you recommend trying for?

  • Reps are going to depend on your fitness level and ability to keep form. When you can't keep form, you are done, and then you want to increase your ability to do reps over time.

  • OMFG that's pretty challenging, i'm gonna try it next time :D

    awesome!

  • cool, let me know how that goes! :)

  • nice

  • Looks like a great exercise combination. I'll have to try a few during my run this a.m.

BTW I checked out a few "related videos" doing this move and you are by far the most graceful doing it. Very efficient and athletic movements!

    Best,

    - R.

  • Thanks, R!!! Let me know how it goes!

  • Impressive!
