Moral of the story - In this world if problems are to be solved one will have to think it through critically and find a solution instead of throwing the problem unto others. This doesn't happen when it comes to govt agencies taking responsibilities for certain accidents...such as the municipal refusing to remove a car wreckage and throwing this work onto the police department, etc etc.
