Having said that let me just say that 1) Splungers isnt her father 2) there wasnt any auto tuning involved 3 ) she is young and is only in the beginning of her journey and 4) I think the fact that you have commented as much in itself is flattering.. taking the time, whether to praise or critique, says alot.. most of us would just change the station or click away..

Savannah Robinson's dad is a bully. I expressed an *opinion* in her "Beautiful" video where I said that I thought her voice was auto-tuned, especially in the 1:37 mark. Because of that, her DAD sent me a private message, bragging that he's "a vocalist" and laughing at my "professional" opinion (he put it in quotes). Talk about bullying. And then, he proceeded to block me for NO OTHER REASON other than the fact that I said something other than "Savannah's awesome."
By the way, it's called an OPINION for a reason. Just because Savannah's dad doesn't agree with my opinion does not mean he had to block me and call my opinion "untrue, negative opinions" (that's his opinion of my opinion) and rub in my face that he's "also a vocalist" (via PM). Amazing but there's voice strain there that I hope doesn't trash her vocal chords over time. I just hate to see these young kids overexposed too early. One great performance does not make a mature, ready to record/have a career individual (and I'll just say min of 17 years old). Look at Biancha Ryan-incredible but no career since winning AGT a few years ago. Ellen has featured many extraordinary young singers but it's just, imo, a little early to record. Let voice mature and get stronger.

She is good! I give her props. I will admit, I wish I had HALF the talent that she does. However, she doesn't have very much stage presence. If it weren't for her voice I would move on to the next video...

Now on this video she is good, but when I saw her today on Ellen singing with Jennifer Hudson - I thought it was awful and she showed no personality at all. I was not sure if it was the song choice or nerves so I am glad I saw this video as she is good, but today I could not wait for her to quit singing.
