@MrCooterbruzer That's Gene O'Connor, aka Cheetah Chrome (stage name). He's originally from the band The Dead Boys, and the tune is called what it says there "Sonic Reducer". I guess he took in the song in his personal band called Cheetah Chrome after The Dead Boys broke up, but it's the same tune if you check it out from the original Dead Boys version, just sounds cleaner.
