lmao!! :D one thing u should've mentioned is the lower hp you have, the lower the things hit on you. and as for food, don't bring heavy food like fish, my recommendation is strawberries. they carry 5 in a basket and heal 5 hp per strawberry :) *recommendation from someone who has 77 agility* and i'm going to try the dorgeshh thingy, thanks!

I done Ape atoll course until 80 Agility, that was great xp. Then at 80, use a summers pie and then start gnome advanced, at 90 agility lot's of people go to barbarian advanced course, but personally i don't think that is worth it, i just think you should do that to get the agile top then go back to gnome advanced.

i would do gnome from 1-35 i think it is for barb course barb 35-52 wild 52-75 and ape atoll 75-99 only reason i wouldnt do ape atol until 75 is because when you fail on the vine that gives the course bonus theres no getting it back you have to go all the way around again 75 you stop failing ape atol

i do like that course more than any others

i use agility pots and summer time pie spot cape and boots of lightness

when you train here and you get upto 500 tickets by this time you know stragegy

its actually funny thinking you would use any stratagy in runescape but sometimes you do.

id say use the wildy course before werewolf course, with 60 aglity you dont really fall that much in wildy, and you get 571 exp per completed lap. And it takes less than a minute to do a lap.
