@buddingangel Oh yaaas! I wish the fitness video people would realize how IMPORTANT the music is while exercise! It is to me half the battle! Lousy music just ruins the workout for me! When are they going to get it????? The music on this one rocks!!!!
Im sorry girls but the guy in this is making it hard for me to work out... He's fine in the background but when he comes up the front it just weirds me out. Its the equivalent of getting a guy massage you at a parlor. Its just weird, espeacilly when he gets his sleaze face on. But its such a great video!! I feel he is taking away from your power and professionalism
