@mominam89 you melt chocolate and than you add corn syrup, it turns into something similar to play dough. you let it cool and you use it. I don't have corn syrup in my country, so I melt 1 cup of sugar with 1/3 cup of water, until it's almost jelly, but doesn't boil. if you boil it, it's useless.
@mominam89 I make my own fondant for my cakes using 1 lb mini marshmallows, 2 lbs powdered sugar, 1 ounce melted chocolate, and a tablespoon of coca powder. You melt the marshmallows with a little bit of water add the melted chocolate to it, then on a clean counter greased with shortening, kneed in the remaining ingredents a little at a time. Tasty alternative to buying your own. :)

Excellent tutorial. You use such cool, unconventional tools. Who would have thought you could use PVC pipe you buy from the hardware store!
