This info is completely true. All western governments are just private businesses administering the country's bankrupt status. In Europe this is hidden well, but in the US they call it an administration but no-one seems to notice. There is no Publication 6209. There is a Document 6209 though. And the IMF in this document stands for Individual Master File, different from the IMF you think of. It is just a list of codes for a computer system and has nothing to do with the UK. People please, get you facts straight and don't just go with a twisted view.
