  • To state the obvious, This is not an exercise video !

Additionally, The size of a mans belly is in no way a direct proportional indicator as to his professionalism or ability as a Healer / Therapist / person. I believe even The Lord Budda has a belly.

If his guidance helps someone get well or lessens their pain..... That's what matters.

I suggest you meet the man concerned, like i have just done, before making and posting negative comments about him.

Thomas "ignore this, as i know you will,

  • LMAO!!!! The size of your belly, go get yourself on a run before making exercise guides!

  • the advice of thomashealer is absoutely correct. Exellent video. If you want to know it by your own you have first to absolve a warming up phase the begin whithout then with lower weights done several times until there is no more cracking or pain heard and felt in your articulations and muscles during performing movements .When it does not work,, when pains still remain, then you have to go to your Doctor to have a serious examination.Peter Heger MD

  • this has really helped me along with some other exercises...recomended...does take a while for muscles...thanks

  • For several weeks I've had some kind of tension or mild pain on the left side, from the top of the neck down to the shoulder blade. After following your instructions for just a couple of minutes, I feel almost no discomfort at all. I'll continue doing this. Thank you so much!

  • if having neck pain, can a person do weight training or should avoid it?

  • This cannot be answered without assessing your individual case to avoid dangers. The correct weight training is however very beneficial for our health- It is also important to be in best possible alignment when doing any sport as our muscles will adjust to any given situation and may sometimes worsen conditions but also can improve them.

  • well i had an accident while doing gymnastics, i landed on my head..i got an x-ray done and it said that some stuff in neck got straightned, i couldnt find the report, will try and find it....so anyways ever since then i had problems of neck pain in and around it (stiffness/ right side or left side sometimes)i did see a physio and he told me that the muscles are weak around neck, i am doing neck exe now including yours, but still i do have these pains

  • hey that really helped my neck...

  • You are a godsend got hideous neckache and following your clip help lessen the pain

  • what sucks about my condition right now is that i'm a bjj fighter and i managed to hurt my self playing tugofwar at a pep rally before a fight. lol, thanks man they worked a bit.

  • I was in a major car accident four months ago. My head and neck was injured. I could not even turn my neck. I have been seeing a chiropractor for my injuries. I am still in pain but these exercises are helping. I can tell the difference. I have been wondering if a therapist is better than a chiropractor? Any thoughts anyone?

  • In any case you should do all four basic exercises for the whole spine to get best results. A Therapist (Dorn Method or other) is not better or worse than a chiropractor but everyone has more or less experience, the right feeling, time for the patient, knowledge etc.. As a chirotherapist myself I recognize the value of adjustments but prefer the Dorn Method most of the time now because of its gentleness and self therapy part. A good chiro or osteopath should have enough time for the patient.

  • My neck pain is a lot better, but I still have some tingling pain in my neck and head. Nerve damage takes a long time to heal if ever.

  • Excellent vid!!Have been in considerable pain for a while now,but after just one session of these excercises i began to get the feeling return through my body, down to my feet even?! i am shocked, amazed and also rather thankful that you have shared this. As with chaskaa's post i would appreciate more details to make sure i'm getting this correct.Any more sessions will be a bonus.Have been hurt many times by 'therapists',so wouldn't want to re-injure myself! many thanks Thomashealer

  • Thanks, I actually do this, I was scared it maybe bad, though it helped a lot, now that I have seen this video at least I know what I do was normal excercises.

  • Thanks. Great video. I really appreciate it.

  • I think the excercises are great, but I wish de camera should be closer to see more details where the fingers must be placed. but thanks anyway.

  • Oh, My Jesus! I have been with chronic neck pain for over a year and this works! Thanks!!!

  • Just now tried the exercise - it really does work! Good vid!!!

  • dear god that actually works good video

  • Thanks for your positive feedback. If the Dorn Method Self Help Exercises are actually done with discipline daily one can find a never expected improvement but should do it minimum two month strictly then regulary thereafter...

  • Hi Thomas, do you already have a dvd of the Dorn Method? Regards-Gi Santos

  • wonderful exercise! It worked with me.
