Well mine sd card still didnt need apps folder. I just copied the two files boot.elf and something else from the neogamma folder and it worked.

Where do you find the apps folder in your SD? I have a private folder and boot.elf

@aHappyGiraffe1 If you don't have the apps folder on your SD card, just make one yourself. Make a new folder and name it APPS.
