@adiosk8r91 I had some parts made for my truck out of billet and picked them up from the manufacturer at a car show. I asked him what it would cost to machine a cut set of wheels out of billet aluminum. As he started to think about it and then reply, I cut him off and told him I was only joking! LOL ;-)

I actually know of something else I can use a wheels...

You should get a nitro truck, and see what you can do with it. Associated SC8 might fit that Lincoln chassis. It's AWD, and is a scale trophy truck, so at least it's wheel base will look real. The Traxxas Slayer is much cheaper, but I don't think it would be an easy conversion considering the suspension set-up. It is a trophy truck though, so it's AWD wheel base is similar to an SUV.

Your RC would be scale fast, and ride smooth.

It has 3 gears but it's not a driver. I could careless if it's fast or not. It was built as a show piece. If I wanted to I could put a gas motor in it but then it would get sent into a wall or something and destroy it. I wanted to show people that it does actually drive under it's own power, or lack there of... ;-)

I plan to build 2 more of these just not sure when.

In a way, that is exactly what it is doing. I think this was more of a start and go so you get the barking noise, but the model actually has 3 speeds so it does shift at some point ;-)

It sounds horrible though! But it's not a big issue since it's mainly a show piece. Thanks!

You are correct but yours it not customized. It does have a REAL tv in the dash, check out my other videos and you will see the tv actually working. This is just a video of it driving. Mine didn't come with an mp3 player like yours did. I have the older version so I had to add mine. Check out my website for more info and pictures about what I changed on the model.

i was wondering if this clip was made using the well known "stop motion-technique". This involves taking a picture, move the object a little bit, and take another picture. Then putting all the pictures together to a film clip.

tv was added in that car, i think it already had the mp3, i have watched the video of building/tuning that car and there was reading "the mp3-player was added..." but when i went to eztec (scientific toys) page there was reading that it already has mp3 when you buy it blah blah blah forget it..

No I added the mp3 player because it came with a FM radio and not an mp3 player. If you look at the photos on my website you will see that when it was stock there was an amp mounted right above the radio controls. The mp3 player that I put in took place of the fake amp which is an RCA mp3 player. After I bought mine they did come out with new ones that had mp3 already in them but mine did not come with one. It's all in my pictures. Thanks

It wasn't built for speed or performance. It's a show vehicle that sits at shows. It has 3 speeds but it weighs 15lbs so it's not going to be that fast ;-)

I've got another 1:6 scale but I don't plan on doing anything to it for a long time. I've got to much going on right now to work on another one ;-)

It's actually pretty fast for it weighing 14 pounds lol. It has 3 speeds, but hard to keep up with it holding a camera... :-)
