This clip is from a Danish tv-show, if I remember correctly it was called "On 2 wheels". The rider - who is a professional journalist and bikerider - wanted to test the claim from Honda, saying that their CBR 1100 Blackbird was the worlds first massproduced bike which could hit the 300km/h mark. Of course the test was made on a stretch of German autobahn with no speedlimit at that time. The clip must be at least 15 years old I think - and yes, he did reach 300km/h.
