  • Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

  • I will be visiting there with a friend in December and it promises to be a wonderful experience, especially since my friend has never been to the Grotto.

  • I was just saying to Earl, that I can't believe I was not subbed to you guys sooner. I am so happy that I have found you both again, rather 'WE' found each other again.lol You guys make my heart smile. When watching your videos, I feel at peace. That Labyrinth is amazing! Ugh, I must make my way to Oregon one day.You seem to be my 'twin' if that makes any sense. You remind me of a bird, free as they are.I am thankful for your friendship. ;) Namaste'

  • @VitaVeritasVictoria1 We're both so happy to be able to get to know you again V. Make your way out here, and we'll fly free as a bird all over to many gorgeous places around the area. Gotta warn you, though, once you see a bit of what Oregon has to offer, you won't want to leave! I know I didn't, which is why I am now living here!!! The thanks is all ours : ) xo

  • The labyrinth there looks wonderful. I love the Grotto :)

  • @LoreneFaith Very wonderful it is, indeed! Thanks for watching and commenting Lorene : )

  • @WiseMonkey888 Why thank you kind sir. I'm most happy that you watched and enjoyed : ) I thought the music went rather nicely with the idea of walking a labyrinth.

  • @thetimetraveler6500 Hello Back to you, timetraveler. Yes, it is very peaceful there :) Another video of the grounds to follow soon...

  • last thing I wanna do is leave you ANY kind of neg comment cuz you and Earl kick major butt.

yet I have to say this.....SLOOOOOoooooow down

    you are missing the point

there really IS something to be found in such a ritual...if you are methodical...when you reach the center....there is a surprise...if you just walk the path (as most do) then you always miss the prize....hence...reincarnation

    just saying....lol

  • @Outlander2015 Hey Outlander-it's nice to see you here! Agreed! I speeded it up for the video purposes. I actually walked it 3 times...2 for this video and 1 (slower) for me ; )

  • @ICharmaine

HAH! and now I appear the dimwitted one.

I forgot about editing and the way it changes ones perception

so then...if you walked it slow...for you...what did you find at the center??

I ask because I want to see if your answer matches mine

  • @Outlander2015 Sorry-wasn't my intention to make you feel dimwitted. When I laid down in the center of the Labyrinth and looked up at the sky, I felt completely relaxed and as if the sky and I were one in the same. How about you?

  • @ICharmaine

yes on the "one with"....it is at once FULLY simplistic....yet within are things we cannot even wrap our heads around fully...the labyrinth is...in my opinion...the origin of Zen Buddhism. that things ...while connected are worlds apart...opposites existing within the same frame

anyways...THAT is what I found at the center of the "secret maze"

    Great Video again BTW!

  • Looks like a neat place! How's the ankle holdin' up? See much of Earl these days?

  • @thevikingguy It's the vikingguy! YAY!!! Ankle is doing fine, although I noticed in my walking throughout the video that I seem to have a tendency to turn it outward. Will haveta work on that! Oh yes, I see Earl as often as possible. Love that Man!!! : )

  • i love that grotto! made a vid there also about two years ago. very groovy video!

  • @Barklord Oh, I'll haveta check that vid out. I also took some footage of the grounds that I will be posting in a few days. Thanks for watching! : )

  • That was fun! I like how you switched back and forth with the camera angle. I would love to see The Grotto in person.

  • @JenniMiddled Did you see the 2 combined in the end? I happened upon that by mistake, but thought it was a great way to entwine the 2 to cut the vid down a bit and add more to it. So come to Portland, and we'll go to The Grotto! : )

  • that looks like a lot of fun actually :)

  • @tattooskin72 OH, it was fun Michael. It looks small, but with all the curves and switchbacks it takes longer to walk through the whole course of the labyrinth than one would think. Nice to see you as always dear friend! : )

  • Great video ICharmaine! The labyrinth is such an awesome shape. I liked how the photographer joined in halfway through =] take care Char!

  • @pangoo Yeah, it was really cool to see the intricate detail in it up close. You know at first I was upset when that guy walked in, but later thought it was kinda cool. Care to you, as well, dear ! : )

  • That's excellent, thanks very much

  • @conferencereport You're welcome very much. I'm glad you enjoyed it! xo
