I agree with wallman check ... but check out other videos I've seen the same excercises but different ways of doing them.. some might be better for different body types
The first three exercises are great off balance core exercises. I think the last two exercises are less hockey specific but thats my opinion. And these exercises are for anyone, but especially for hockey players. They work less of the superficial core muscles and more of the deeper functional muscles.

This isn't that advanced, and some of the workouts he did don't even work out your abs...
He did his lower back.
