The thing I liked the most about this demonstration was how the guy backed away after neutralizing his opponent. Seriousely. It shows that this system is about using violence as a last resort, and only as much as needed

I don't like how they claim defendu. This is more along the lines of Gordon E Perrigard's Arwrology. I think they have mistaken the two. Arwrology and Defendu are very similar but one is more scientific and the other is more primitive and brutal.

@Are1i dont be so sort-sighted, there is no such thing as the best art, all arts are good for what they are made for (well not all but most of them)... if i were you i would train krav maga (or any other art) and take some techniques from another arts (like defendo in this case), that way you can be better than others who train only one art and ignore the rest...

i remember seeing the creator of defendo on the tonight show. this little old guy showed johnny how easy it was to take him down. then he challenged ed. ed, being a big old ex-marine thought he could handle him. ed was on the floor in about two seconds. it really got him. that was amazing.

I agree it is good stuff, first I would just try to catch seminar somewhere or actaully go train with them. Like you mentioned you could always buy a video and would probably go to defendo website first to buy it or just rent it from goldstarvideo i know they have defendo videos

Defendo is the best for police, security guards, bouncers, firefighters, ambulance drivers, bodyguards etc or even your average person... its such a useful and varied self defence system.... lets hope and see if it spreads more around the world!
