  • Oh! I thought that she said sexy Impossible! LOL! I was like, I don;t think that they used that word back then!

  • And He's smart too!!!!

  • Poor kids! How are they expected to sleep with a mysterious spotlight beaming into their faces?

  • haha. Car tracks at 1:00. (to the right of the waggon tracks)

  • @MrJaredAR They are wagon Tracks!

  • @pinke5938 actually they are tire tracks. they are wider and have treads in them. But I don't think anyone was supposed to notice...lol

  • I wonder if there wasn't some mutual attraction between Michael Landon & Karen Grassle? Just the way they look at each other in all the shows. Either that or they are extremely good actors.

  • @sokodad heard he married her in real life

  • aww he fell asleep before he could even eat. he was a good provider. he tried his best. If anything he needed a door on that place.

I'd spit into the wind before Id tell! heheh good ol Laura

Window Panes? This man is so resourceful!!

  • In the book the wolves walked along side him but didn't attack, they weren't interested in him. And at night they surrounded the house in a circle and howled. He wouldn't keep a secret from ma, they made her such a worrier.

  • The European fear of wolves is hard to fathom. Generally, they don't make a nuisance of themselves unless they have gotten the rabies. They aren't monsters, and are actually very sweet, like dogs but with 3 times the brains and 10 times the self-respect.

  • European fear of wolves?

I am European and have no fear of wolves whatsoever.....

Strange assumption, just because you live in a land that has more wolf population.

We watch Discovery as well and thus have the same information.

Or are you some kind of Grizzly Adams that lives in the woods with inside knowledge?Please.......

And a wolf has more self-respect than a dog?

Did they have more therapy compared to your average dog?

Brush up on your National Geographic studies buddy!

  • Wow. Overreact much?

The traditional fear of wolves was commonplace in Europe since the middle ages. Look up the etymology for "warg". This fear and loathing, as a cultural baseline, was exported with emmigrants to America, where it became the foundation for wolves' near extinction. These are facts.

Yes, I live in a desert near a new wolf population. Wolf brains are 3 times as large, on average, as dog brains.

    And it's "budette", jerk.

  • That Jerkette to you!

Talk about overreacting....as I allready stated;middle aged fears have nothing to do with modern Europeans.Selfrespecting wolves...whahaha!!!

But I can understand why the villagers drove you off into the desert!

Some middle age European customs still come in handy..........

  • weird looking wolves they a little spooky

  • THEY ALWAYS USE THOSE WOLFS! I think it was laura and andy who where getting attacked by them in that one part!

  • @tulipalll They are probably wolf cross dogs or just wild dogs more than likely wolf cross dog and then they just reproduced and came out to be all gray.

  • they got wolves running around and the kids were outside unsupervised! oh my, Notice mr and mrs Ingles inside and the kids come running in from outside. lol good thing its only a show.

  • uh... they're in the middle of no where they expected animals . they weren't as overprotective back then they knew their kids would come back if something bad happened. p.s. its based on a true story a lot of this is actually true.

  • They not only carbines but repeaters like the lever-action Henry Rifle existed soon followed by the Winchester. Some maybe chose to keep their musket's though. In this movie Charles obviously must have.

  • I would have too but remember Charles rifle was a musket. He wouldn't had enough time to reload between shots to bring down the whole pack.

  • I would be scared too!
